By accessing or using NenkinTracker ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Description of service

NenkinTracker is a SaaS platform that aggregates and monitors Common Criteria certification data from publicly available sources. The Service provides tracking, alerting, and reporting features for certification data.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your information current.

Subscription and billing

The Service offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Data accuracy

NenkinTracker aggregates data from external certification sources. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the data is complete, current, or error-free. The Service should not be used as the sole basis for compliance or procurement decisions without independent verification.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Nenkin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
